The Post-Campaign and Implementation Phase begins before a ballot measure has passed on the ballot to make the policy a reality. During this phase, the coalition works on legislative, litigation, and organizing strategies to ensure that people benefit from the voters' decision and understand how to access any resources or information related to the policy. The Implementation and Post-Election Phase is a likely time for your opposition to attempt to limit, block or reverse ballot measure policies that have recently passed. 

During this phase, participants will learn:

• How to plan for and execute winning legal and legislative defensive strategies to make their policy a reality
• How to plan for and execute winning legal and legislative defensive strategies to protect the ballot measure process so they can leverage this tool in future efforts
• How to plan for and engage their coalition in a thorough campaign evaluation to support learning for future efforts
